School HR Advice and Guidance Service

Introducing the New Service

ODBE is delighted to be able to offer a new Human Resources service from September 2016. This is one of the additional services available to schools through the ODBE Service Level Agreement.

This new service is available initially to the first 25 schools who sign up. You have a choice of contracts, all providing excellent value for money. We will be continuing to develop the service as part of our flexible offer as well as developing partnerships and training to meet all your needs.

We have introduced this service in response to requests from schools who would like professional HR advice in line with Diocesan values. When you sign up to our service you will be a valued customer and partner. We can help you employ, support, develop and keep the best people for your school so that, in turn, you can provide the best experience for your pupils. You can talk issues through, check you are doing the right thing or get advice on how to proceed. We will advise on options and risks and suggest courses of action so you can make the best decision for your school.

We are offering this new service at a very competitive rate, making it excellent value for money. We hope you will find it meets your needs and look forward to working with you.
